there's gonna have to be one out before January is done, Gameloft said they going to preview it in their next Vid podcast. But it's getting really fustrating not seeing a new podcast this late in the month, makes me think they quit doing podcasts
New video and screens!!! TouchGen Hands-on: http://www.touchgen.net/brothers-in-arms-2-global-front-1st-look Looks pretty good. It's a FPS (as I predicted), looks like the same engine as NOVA. - 3-6 hours of gameplay (16 levels). - Will be released with online multiplayer. - Co-op multiplayer. - Better effects/graphics for 3GS/3rd Gen iPod Touch. - Will be released mid february for $6.99.
IS IT me, or is the game a little bulky? the face are ugly and the recoils are well, yeah... i hope the video is the just the beta. not the final
Co-op...?? Holy crap, insta-buy! A good campaign WWII FPS. The one thing I've been waiting for!! This is going to kill me to wait for... Only thing is I miss the ADS thing from Sandstorm. That made half the game for me being able to aim accurately like that. I see why they omitted it in NOVA since Halo never had it, but in a WWII FPS, Iron Sights is a must.
Oh, my bad. It was loading slowly for me, so I didn't get to see that part. Ok, this is going to be the best campaign FPS ever. Ever.
Looking forward to this one, but I don't think I will by it instantly. I have noticed a pattern among game loft games They all go down in price fairly quickly....
Are you nuts? For $6.99 you are getting a singleplayer campaign of 16 missions, online multiplayer and co-op. That is a great deal, and I doubt the price will go down soon after it's release.
I read from touchgen that it will have campaign Co- op, what I didn't read is if it is local only or online.
Yeah, it just said about how you can play co-op with another player across all 16 levels. They didn't mention if it was online or local, but I would assume that it is local. Still awesome anyway.
Visually it seems just okay to me (though the explosions look way better than MC:S). What's intriguing to me is the cover system: I like how it goes from first to third person. There was a PC/console game that did the same thing recently -- can't remember the name. There are also seems to be some stealth involved; wondered how well implemented it will be.
Well they used the 1st person to 3rd person cover technique in BIA: Hell's Highway on the console versions, so it looks like they are taking ideas from previous console BIA games
