Yes, big devs are better off developing for real consoles like PSP and NDS that is their space. The iplatform is an indie devs paradise and should stay that way, that is what the consumer wants :)

Have fun with the Gran Turisimo career mode. Oh, damn, I forgot: it doesn't have one. My bad.

Oh, and have fun aiming with those face buttons, too.

No, you hate Gameloft, because it isn't a precious indie developer.

No... I'd say the majority of the forum hates you.

Had I never played CoD: Zombies I would be all over this one... Alas, I have. And I don't care how big your environments and how many levels, if it doesn't have the polish of Zombies... well, then it doesn't have the polish of Zombies...

That being said, what's up with the frame rate? Hopefully a lite version is released alongside the full app, so I can make an informed opinion. But Asphalt 5 left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ok, ok, that's enough guys... Yes, the infinity project is a very good game, and michaelscott is about to make me not like it.
We. Want. Big. Devs. And. Indie. Devs.
Get over it. Without indie devs, there would be no big devs, cause everyone starts somewhere. Now you can love the indie devs games a lot, and they might have more charm, but big developers can and do make amazing games. Don't buy it if you don't like it, but don't put down everything that isn't "soldier of war" or "the infinity project".
/rant over(Dont start that again or I'll get worked up again...)

now everyone play nice. I'm pretty pumped for this now.

BTW, iPod and PSP both rock in diff. ways.

You read me wrong. Fact is everyone of us here can decide to be an indie dev and easily pull it off. Let's face it it isn't that hard and we all can do it but if we don't support the indie devs now I'm afraid that apple might do a nintendo or sony and decide to make the appstore exclusive the big devs. Let's support the indie scene with all our hearts :)

In case you hadn't noticed, the iPhone/iPod touch is a "real console"

No, that's what you want, the feeling I get from these forums is that there will always be a place for pickup and play games on the app store, and indie devs as long as they make good games, but that people want longer, deeper, more complete games, that only large companies can afford to create.

I would say that I'm a big booster of The Infinity Project, too -- I wrote one of the first reviews of the game, provided tons of feedback to the devs, and should be starting with beta testing of the next update pretty soon.

The fact that Michael Scott is using it for trolling purposes personally embarrasses me, and is an insult to the very nice developer couple who created it.

Why do you sound so... urgh, never mind.

Apple will never do a 'Nintendo' or a 'Sony', so get over yourself!

    WE.DON'T.WANT.TO.HEAR.YOUR.S***

    Edit:

By the way, you just insulted indie devs with that post.

By stating that 'everyone can pull it off' and that 'it isn't that hard' you are devaluing the work of indie devs.

So when our leaders say that everyone can be a hero and its not hard to do they are devaluing the work of heroes? Of course not.

    From the urban dictionary:

9/10 of your posts have had no purpose but to piss people off. Frankly, that would be okay by me, if you were funny, insightful, or even mildly original. But you're none of those things, and you come across a simply insufferable. The fact you're associating yourself with the Infinity Project has done more harm to that game than any bad review from a Gameloft fanboy. If you have any respect for the folks at Crazy Robot, you should just stop.

Stop patronizing me. I know what you are trying to do, your trying to be a politician like what Da shiswiz said but all your want to do is defame every indie dev so shut up!

Aren't you trying to defame every large company developed games?

Yesss! I achieved my goal for the day:

    GOALS:
    1. Do something to make MichaelScott snap!

But seriously, I don't understand your mindset, it seems that to you, every app made by a large company is devilspawn, and every app made by an indie developer is the second coming of Jesus..

Maybe not intentionally, but yes. If everyone can do something easily, it makes it less unique, less special, thus devaluing it.
