When I play a song, both earphone and speaker is playing simultaneously. When I checked the settings, somebody had enabled the Sound Check option in Music. While playing the controls on the earphone are not recognizing and changing the volume on screen is only affecting the inbuilt speaker. I had a similar problem a couple of months ago when I enabled the sound check but forgot what I did to solve it. Somebody please help me. I have tried turning it off and rebooting, but it's not working.
Happened to me too, I think it was because I was in a boat that capsized while the earphones were in my pocket (not my iPod though, thank god) Usually clicking the pause/play button on the headphone controls fixes it, but if you're not using Apple headphones w/ music controls then I don't know what you should do.
