      waiting for the US Store to drop on the iPad games.
      even the SG Store (EA Swiss Earl) shows 0.99 on iPad/HD

      Ì am starting to think the undiscounted prices of the HD games in the US Appstore are intentional. =/

      Do these sales usually last through Christmas? And what period of time does the app store ranking freeze?

      FIFA 12 and Madden 12 just went on sale for $0.99 in the US App Store! There may be others as well, but I think I own most of their titles, except for these two, which have never been on sale this low before. Grabbing them now!

      If you still don't have these games after this, you don't belong here. There is absolutely NO reason to not buy this game. Even if you don't like racing, you still have to try it out just to see what the iOS is capable of.

      Probably. The App Store is locked from Dec. 22nd-29th because the Apple offices are closed for the holidays. As long as they don't raise the price before the end of the week, then you should still have a few days to take advantage of the sale.

      With all the sales that have gone on this month, including the three I just bought from the EA sale, I've purchased 33 games/apps. Geez Louise...!

      Awesome! buying 5 games.. holy crap my iPad is gonna explode.. these games are huge in size.. but i still spent less than lunch at Mickey D's and will get more enjoyment out of it :)

      So I got dead space HD. It does feel like it will provide a rather solid gaming experience...but I can't help but notice the extremely poor collision detection and the reused/tiled objects. =/
