It is a RTS. He's probably getting confused or being sarcastic

I enjoy the game, but I think that is a little generous. The lack of a campaign mode limits its appeal in my eyes. It is the best RTS on the iphone, BUT... do not download it expecting something better than Starcraft. You will be disappointed.

Yeah, do not expect Starcraft. There is no comaprison, Starcraft is on a whole different level over LASW. BUT, LASW is the best RTS on the idevice in my opinion. You will not be disapointed with it.

Starcraft is the best RTS to date on any platform, so I agree it's a bad comparison.

I haven't played LASW, but it sounds solid.

Land Air Sea Warfare is the most PC - like, but it is not your answer for online play, sure it will be the best once it gets multiplayer, which the developer says it will, too bad hes a one man team. Anyways, I found Warfare Inc's multiplayer pretty fun, because people can make maps and their are always more things, but online, it ends up being the winner who can build the most units. Robocopalypse on the other hand is a fun little RTS, that is more ment for pick up and play sessions, choose this if you aren't hardcore. Robocopalypse's online may not be revolutionary, but it is definately addicting.

    End result

Land Air Sea Warfare for your hardcore single player sessions.

Warfare Inc for hardcore online sessions

Robocopalypse for Pick up and play

I also have Command and Conquer, it has nice graphics, but isn't revolutionary, and doesn't really have anything special, and no multiplayer.
