Nah. When Enviro-Bear 2010 was released, the only other more well known and legendary birth was of Jesus.

 

Not Shi No Numa? Not Prince of Persia (well yesterday at least)? Not Highlands or Highborn or whatever the High it is? Not Rzobot Unicorn Attack? If none of these games spark your interest, I really don't know what to say

 

Everyone does. In fact, I believe that only the US has the game, does it not?
