Since it's almost that time of year ;)

Anyone's got a super sweet NFL app that'll let us keep track of our teams, score's and so. One that's up-to-the-minutte, either as the games are played, or at the least right after.

I'm using ESPN ScoreCenter. You can set preferences to your favorite teams. Works pretty well.

That's what I use. I don't usually like watching games, but it's nice to know what's going on. Sportacular is perfect that. It's also good if you're a hardcore sports fan. It seems to have any bit of information you could want.

Have a question about Sportacular, how does it compare with Pro Fooball Live (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=297033452&mt=8) ?

I used Pro Football Live last year to see up to the minute live plays during games that i was unable to watch on tv. The UI is not bad, and its pretty easy to keep track of your favorite teams stats and schedules.

Anyone here have both apps and care to comment?

    Thanks.

Meanwhile, started using the Pro Football Live app again for the season and it has been very buggy !

I would not recommend this app until the developers put out an update that makes it compatible with 3.0.

CBS Sportsline app isn't bad. Especially if you've got a fantasy team with them. Very nice access. And free of course.

    Outlast Football

Try Outlast Football, its a free app and was launched this year only.

It not only lets me view real time scores, but I also have some fun with it.

They have some sliders feature where you submit your hunch about the outcome of the game, and if you are close to the true outcome, you get lots of points.

I didn't do well my first two weeks though...I am not football savvy :(

New update on Pro Football live just fixed all
the bugs that were on it.
Perfect cause I'm working this weekend and will not
    be near the TV.
