Let me guess, they were running Quicksilver? If so, that's an obvious hacker.

A question for those who have been playing the game since long...

Is there a point after which you start getting CP at a reasonable rate?

I'm lv.63, been playing since more than a month, currently farming Ops 4 & 5, and these are my total CP earnings:

    - 50 CP, once from a Pvp Daily 5
    - 20 CP, once from a Pvp Daily 5
    - 50 CP from spending 25 gold, earned from Ops
    - 20 - 30 CP from random boss rewards
    - 100 - 125 CP from getting 5 stars on Ops

Problem being, I'm hiring new heroes at such a slow rate it would take me months to just unlock basic versions for 90+ CP characters. And that's without touching alternate costumes.

My only hope is that later OPS, or Spec Ops maybe, have a higher efficiency when it comes to CP gains?

Farm cp from mission 1 or 5 star the missions. Mission 1 of chaoter ine is the easier way to get cp. 30 energy and you get to the boss.

You can easily get to 100 cp within a week i belive.

So that means there's no significant different between the chances of getting CP in mission 1 or mission 12?

It may be just me, but it still seems absurd.
New characters cost even more than 100, and most 90 ones require their alternate costumes.

Is the game really paced to grant approx one new character per week? Ugh.

With mission one chapter one, you fight 3 battles that are incredibly easy and get a boss spin which can grant prizes of 1, 3 or 5 CP max.

Doing the Epic Boss battle on something like Mission 10 would give you a boss fight (with a 1, 3 and 5 CP prize) and then an epic boss fight (3, 5, 10 CP prizes), but would cost you 80-90 energy, would require you to pay attention to the fight and would take much longer to finish.

When a new chapter is released, find the epic boss fight and don't five-star it. Fight it all the way through, get the rewards and then abort the map without finishing. This will keep the enemies at a low level allowing you to fight the epic boss over and over to get easy chances at the CP prize.

If you think getting one new character a week is a bad thing, your expectations are way off, honestly. Considering what it takes to level someone to 12, getting someone new each week is a wonderful pace. Sure, you want to have every hero. I have every hero we are capable of purchasing and 156 CP banked for the next one and have been playing since day one. This game is SUPPOSED to be a grind, supposed to be tough and you're not supposed to be able to get it all easily - it is a free game that you can pay to progress faster, if you want. That means the best stuff is going to require time and effort, or money.

The match was so quick I barely noticed. I killed the entire team with my Quicksilver's two attacks and then X23's group bleed. It was hilarious. It has to be a hacker of some kind, yeah, or a crazy bug. There's just no way someone with that kind of hero bonus could've possibly gotten to that rank.

I wouldnt worry about grinding cp... The sp is the one that takes forever. Ita not like facebook where you get allot. You might get 60 a day.

Oh yeah, that's a great point too. With how little SP you get, leveling those heroes you get is slow. I would guess that to take one hero from level 1 to 12, between earning the XP to level them and earning the SP and silver, could take about two weeks total.

Havok AI might've been fixed. Twice since yesterday a Havok has done his Lvl9 followed by Plasma Spheres to single-shot my agent. Perfect use, though he did recharge the following turn...

I noticed that as well and changed to him overnight was still -116 for the night. Oh well. I had SW in with him though and changed back to Phoenix now. I had bought Hex Wand and wanted to use SW with it. I'm using the sinister scepter phase thing and it works wonders on offense, now I just need it to work on def.

Yep, the hack only works on offense so they get destroyed when they draw you AFK. Still sucks that they have such a high ranking with no effort though...

I was literally just about to post those same two things.

On the Facebook version they released Captain Britain first and then Black Knight a month later. They're both required for Spec Ops 8. It would make sense for them to release Chapter 11 soon (tomorrow? They like Thursday) and Spec Ops 1 after the current one ends, with Captain Britain coming in between them, followed by Chapter 12, Black Knight and Spec Ops 8. That'll give plenty of time and CP chances between those heroes, and a full Spec Ops that doesn't require any premium heroes. And, it'll match up with what is then required for Season 2, Chapter one - Psylocke, Black Knight and Captain Britain.

    Logical assumptions, right?
