NOt as long as you downloaded the game before with the same aco**** your using now. When you press buy, it will prompt you saying you'll have to pay for it. Press yes and it will download for free and you won't lose a cent.

Click on the "Buy App" button, and it will confirm your purchase. Don't worry, press "Buy", and you will get a message saying that you've already purchased this item, and you will now be able to download it for free.
