Uh-oh Well, today is day 7 that Trak4 1.1.1 and Trak4 Lite 1.1.1 have been in review. When I saw the email in my inbox from the developer program, I had hoped to hear that the apps had both been approved. However, it was the dreaded "Your apps are requiring unexpected additional time for review. Thank you for your patience" email. Grrr. Was hoping this would come out this week. I think I need to wrap up development on Trak4 1.2 and then start on a second project. The waiting game is nerve wracking. ---------------------------- Trak4 - a challenging and unique puzzle game for the iPhone and iPod Touch
25 days to approve latest app NutCracker when previous apps have taken 7-8 days. Definately taking longer to approve these days. Update on an existing game is still in queue after 10 days...
Trak4 1.1.1 and Lite 1.1.1 Day 13. Technically Day 20 on Trak4 1.1 but 13 days since they rejected and I submitted a new binary.
Rock Paper Laser! is out after 9 days. After 9 days, Rock Paper Laser! was released on the app store on a Sunday. http://bit.ly/rockpaperlaser http://cavalcadegames.com/games/rockpaperlaser/
What's wrong with that? Almost all of my best sales days were Sunday. I wish any of my updates had been released on Sunday.... --Eric
fridays and saturdays are the best days to release or so ive heard. we were mid Sunday. but its not really a huge deal.
Sundays My weekend sales are better than others. So releasing midday Sunday isn't so bad, IMHO. Trak4 1.1.1 and Trak4 Lite 1.1.1 are sitting at 16 days now. --------------------------------------------- Trak4 a unique and challenging game for the iPhone and iPod Touch
45 Days?!?!?!?!? 45 Days? Were their rejections and resubmissions along the way? ------------------------------------------ Trak4, a unique and challenging puzzle game for the iPhone and iPod Touch.
I've been hearing about two weeks lately, but some of these longer times are really discouraging! Our first releases only took 5 days... I'm not looking forward to the wait for our next game.
No rejections. After 2 days got an email saying "will take unexpected time to review" Emailed after 25 days to see what the state was. After 30 days we rejected the binary, changed the ratings and re-submitted the same binary (same day). 15 days later accepted
Thanks Thanks for the update. 45 days is quite horrible. I'm hoping we'll see something here soon this week as I quickly approach 21. ------------------------------------------ Trak4, a unique and challenging puzzle game for the iPhone and iPod Touch.
Sushi Mayhem (new release) was finally approved today... took 12 days. Thats the longest so far. I'm seeing a trend though: 1st game (Fall 2008) - 5 days 2nd game (Spring 2009) - 9 days 3rd game (Summer 2009) - 12 days I don't like where this is going 8(
