I have a feeling that at least one of 100 mini games has some material that apple doesn't want released. I wouldn't be suprised to hear back from IUGO that they have been told to modify and re-submit... I hate when Apple tries to tell me what's questionable and what's not...
I don't care if they want to classify certain things as objectionable, I just want a separate part of the store open to mature audiences, 17+, or XXX content for 18+ (if they wanna go that far), and a warning to adults to sign out before exiting with an auto sign out to make sure kids can't access unless an adult is diliberatly giving access.
umm... if they put an XXX part in the appstore it woud be giving access to porn for any kid with an itunes card lol which would be bad for publicity but i do kind of agree because they do have 17 ratings which means almost everything should be going through
They'll have to redo the store for Mature 17+ (not Apple's idea of 17+) games, they can certainly add a section for adult content (credit card required to view) protected with password. I know I've seen articles about XXX content being a majority of he Internet, but Apple doesnt really care about any money that's to be made in that market. Either way, I hope ADD sees the light of day soon.
It was rejected so they had to resubmit with a higher age rating. IUGO knows nothing at this time Hopefully it should be out soon =]

Yeah... I'm sad this still has no news of a release or anything. They told them to redo the restrictions and set them higher. Well what? Did it still get rejected or what? This is just getting kinda dumb now...

Soooo... has this just been abandoned or something?? Wasn't it resubmitted like a month ago??? Cmon Iugo give us some news. If it's been rejected again for the rating being too low or something we wanna know.
If I had news I'd be posting it here first. It is sitting in purgatory at Apple. It has not been rejected. Best we can tell is that they are going over the game with a fine tooth comb because of our content. We are just as frustrated as you guys for sure. It is not good for us as a company to have a game hanging in limbo for this long. BUT, we took a chance with risky content and we knew this was a possibility. We have no choice but to wait. Sorry guys!
I am sure it will be quite worth the wait. The Star Hogs and the ADD lite version are still keeping me entertained. It is going to be harder for me to wait for Toy Bot Chronicles since I have been craving both a new Toy Bot since I beat the third and a new platformer since I beat rolando 2 and castle of magic. I am somewhat glad that it is being delayed, because I have too much on my ipod as it is. I still have to beat: puzzlings, minigore, baseball slugger, real racing, and envirobear 2010.
Crazy, eh. They release a teenage tissue-fest like that 'Tan Amy' and innuendo-packed titles like 'hotdog down a hallway' but give this a hard time - a game that if the Lite version is anything to go by will be outstanding. Slowly but surely Apple are losing a lot of credibility by the way they manage their app store... Jamie
The mini games in A.D.D. Lite are pretty tame. There are a number of other ones in the full version that definitely push the boundaries. Hence the over 2 1/2 month wait.
