You will be able to change looks later, yes. I had originally had the ability to modify the RGB values of textures, but decided against letting people do that as it can create a poor visual experience. There were a couple dozen players with those settings. I had to reset all the appearances to make sure everyone worked.
PHP crapped out, something on my web server May take a bit to figure out! [Edit] Found a decent cause why, but my Internet keeps going down tonight, too much snow! Still working on it though. I can see some folks can make accounts so I'm thinking it's related to the size of the data being sent from the client. I can break it myself.
I was unable to get this taken care of last night thanks to missing/spotty Internet. It still should be a simple problem to solve and will get fixed ASAP. I will keep you all posted.
In further testing, it looks like it no longer works in Chrome.. but works in FF and IE. What browser are you using?
I hope it's not TOO much like WoW I can't wait <3 but I hope it's not TOO MMO-like. I'm certainly not a fan of the click'n'wait combat system that seems so prevalent, and the big empty world ;3; also, can we have something other than humans, elves, dwarves, etc to play as? I don't wanna see ungrateful, but most MMOs that come out feature the same boring races in the same uninspired fantasy world o3o so I'm hoping to see something different. don't let me be very dissapoint!
Things seem to be working again in non-Chrome browsers This game will have more of a casual feel to it than some MMOs.. though I think some MMOs are also waking up to the reality of needing more casual gameplay!

I know that MMOs take a lot of time up. Which wasn't a problem pre-kids. I like the idea of casual game play to help me feel like I can still be playing without needing to actually play the game.
Oh, we've got some *really* nice offline play things planned to keep you 'ingame' when you can't be. As a father of 3 myself, I can definitely sympathize!
Grind offline, gain levels, go online into arena mode, beat the crap out of JoshCM, repeat. lol awesome dave
There's some a bit back, here Or you can check out the LIVEDev page here (Not currently working in Chrome) As we're still a ways away from release, we've been updating this page as we go with whatever we've got. When we're satisfied with the web version and ready for release on the iPhone, we will do some optimizations and then submit to Apple
Grind means to kill a ton of monsters for a long period of time , it's basically in Korean RPG's a lot, instead of focusing more on the quest, it focuses on killing a ton of monsters and grabbing their gold/items/etc. Or you meant something else , just wanted to point that out for people who don't know what Grind means
I know what grind means, but he said he wanted to beat the crap out of me. Just wondering if I offended him - or if he thinks he can beat the crap out of me in Dangerlands.
Lol! I know xD, just re-read it and i understood what you meant after the second time haha, so how's the sales going on Ravensword? To developer: Dangerlands.... Oh yeah, you guys should create a freakin' banhammer or something , just in case some people are abusive. I just started playing the game since like.. forever, and i've got to say. Major improvements!! Will there be a camera improvement and sounds later? I do love the dungeons though, that was a major improvement, also loved creating your characters are now officially up! P.S. We Toucharcadians would be glad to help you with creating quests for the near future!
I could be mistaken, but that sounds like a lil O' ye Olde pvp smack talk going on the man's calling you out!
