      i have a hacked ipod 2.1.1 i think, and i realy wont to keep the stuff i have on it now( the hack stuff ) have do i do that, do i have to wait until they find out how to hack the 3.0?

      the jailbreak for 3.0 will be out friday - download aptbackup from cydia and it will save all of your stuff

      Speaking of illegal things, couldn't the .jpsw file for 3.0 be distributed by any person?
