I found a few games are like that... I believe it's something in the .plist or save files somewhere. Once you removed the game for whatever reason...

I have the same problem on my iPhone as well. However I do get notifications on my WiFi iPad. Could it be an issue with notifications over...
How does one get the retina download? I got the iPad version but didn't see anything except the download for chapters 2-4.
If I'm not mistaken HotSeat is a trial version.
