I don't understand why people are having crashing problems with Shadowgun. I play it on an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2 never having a crash once.
I use my thumbs. Left thumb to control the left side. Right thumb for aiming and firing. Much easier for me to play on an iPad than the iPhone.
