That is something that has always been available on mvs bios's. The roms are mvs images. The home version (aes) do not have this setting.
I"m not aware of any neo geo aes games being emulated in imame. They emulate mvs games which are arcade games. I still own nearly 100 mvs carts.
If you knew it would vanish from the app store why would you delete it from your device? It doesn't take up much space unless you have it loaded...
