Wait til you get to Joker Baron IV...much.....MUCH harder. 40 minutes + 400 retries and counting.
You've got to use the bump before that final jump to give yourself a little more speed.

Uhhhh. Wrong level? Sawbones doesn't have any bombs near the first Coin.
How in the world do you get the first coin in Sawbones? That's the only Star left to get in the Hard levels, not including jokers.
