Yeah Robotic Brother Blood may be the strongest character in the game and could use a little tuning down.
To be fair though, withuot PVP, those combos are "strong" setups rather than broken ones.
I think getting hit by EMP missile counts as "being hit" and fails the "no hit" star objective. Not sure, but the only times i've gotten the star...
