It's sets position of camera while in car. If it's 0 car is in the middle of the screen, when it's 10 car is is closer to lower edge of the screen.

OK, when I'm online an when open OF I can see all achievements. Almost all are unlocked, 4 or 5 remaining. But when I'm offline (Wi-Fi turned off)...
Why all achievements are "locked" when I'm offline and open OF?
