It is testing for OnTheRocks LLC. So I will be testing THOR soon. I haven't head much about Legion of Amon but I think it is in early alpha.

They said the payments would be if you didn't want to wait for your sim to earn enough money, and they had better have cheats.
It could be submitted before as all apps from now on have to be compatible with 3.0. They could submit it and then wait to pull the trigger.
