Great game. Lots of good shoot em up. Big maps. Good controls mostly (the grenades are finicky). Having good time.

Expansion is mostly cosmetic. I would get play updated. I actually purchased before the update and waited till it came out to play.

Online doesn't bother me. I game on iPad very much like I do console. I'll be watching this. Pay model doesn't effect my choices either....
