I have never played a MOBA. When you level up, is it permanent or just within that arena battle?
So the gunner or rifleman doesn't get increased hp or anything to compensate for a lack of speed by comparison to the scout?
Thanks. So a 20% increase. I really like the magazine size of the Gunner's weapons, but he feels awfully slow.
