It's pretty recommended that you play Elgard with a solid fast Wifi connection. Playing it on the go is just a no no
You can try Epichearts or if you want a more MMORPG oriented game try Elgard. Pocket Legends and Arcane Legends I think they have uniques also....

Maxed out all +20. Slotted equips have Unique Dragon Cards which do +1 to all skills. Its overkill but it gets the job done fast lol.
