I think you're right. I've noticed exactly the same thing. For me it's Terrorist... I usually tend to lag in 7/10 matches but with him in the game...

Yeah, that's the best idea I think. That way you can get the skill rank lowered in a matter of a couple days without wasting time on quitting...
I am constantly winning against level 60-70 opponents with my level 24 player. That's just awful!! The hardest part right now is not the opponents...
I can't lower my skill... while I'm energized I get full matches because energy needs to get used up :) and once it's up I get matched with games...
