Death Rally is sort of like this, although it doesn't have a deathmatch/arena type mode. Just racing with weapons.
I don't know how you can stand the Minoraxis KRPGs....the dialogue is absolutely horrendous. I'd rather play Zenonia than have to sit through it.

I think they're both pretty even for multiplayer. It just depends on if you are more interested in a deck building game or a tile building game.

Civilization Revolution has iCloud sync, but only for the first save slot. It does regularly backup though, which is really nice.
