Even if the Dev removes the App for sale you should be able to find it in your purchase history. The exception is when the Dev completely leaves...
I really like this game, very polished and incredibly enjoyable. I don't mind dying as I like how it keeps stats, deaths and total time played.

Chapter 3 I am running into issues where there are no enemies, or very few.
I have not had any crashes, no issues at all. I am in the 3rd chapter, my character is around level 20.

That sucks man. I am using an iPhone 5, newest iOS, non JB, and I have not had any issues. I am only on the second chapter though.
I love this game, so much fun.
It plays fine on iPhone 5S but you will get the black bars. The art was fantastic, so it still looks great.
Just from looking at the pics provided I don't see any real basis to the claim.
I really like this, love the look and feel of the game.
