The few ads are placed very well IMHO. You just see them about every 10-15th unlocked level what equals 5-6 times all in all. Not that annoying...

65: for 550 you have to go below all spinners. Arrow order is the same as yours.
Best in level 65 is 555. Are you going below all the windmills? Which door are you opening in level 85?
What scores are you aiming for? 65-550 and 85-591 here, but i have doubts that's the scores you are looking for #
