My guess is that those watching from a computer saw RobTopGames while those on mobile etc. saw Robtopgames.. And welcome :)
His outside name is 'RobTopGames' but his chat name is 'Robtopgames' because in the Twitch chat everyone has first letter caps and the rest...

I looked it up. Apparently everyone in the chat has to have first letter caps, the rest lowercase. It's the real Robtop.

He said the last update took 12 days in review, so he is probably waiting a couple of more days to make people wait less :)
