I've gotten all but three achievements so far, one of which is Avalanche gold and one of which is Secrets gold, which is currently unattainable....
You can't earn that one yet, there's not enough secrets in the game to trigger it I believe. Just like End of Nightmares Gold wasn't available...
I get this too, but honestly I'd forgotten about it until it was brought up. I don't have any lag issues unless I'm running app store updates...
