Don’t agree with Pocket Gamer. The game looks amazing on an iPad Pro, and while the tutorial aspect is rubbish it does not take long to work...
If you are the sort of person who can’t live with a clunky user interface I suggest you look elsewhere. If you can, and are happy to throw away...
